LAZY DAY LASAGNA (GF)

  • ADD 1-2 LBS GROUND BEEF (RAW* OR COOKED OR FREEZE THE BAG AS IS

  • ADD THE CONTENTS OF THE BAG, & 1-2 CUPS OF WATER (DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH SAUCE YOU WANT) TO THE CROCKPOT

  • COOK ON LOW FOR 8-10 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 4-6 HOURS

  • IF YOU PUT THE MEAT IN RAW YOU WILL WANT TO BREAK IT UP ONCE IT’S COOKE

  • ONCE COOKED, ADD COOKED RAVIOLI ALONG WITH 2 CUPS SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE

  • SERVE WITH A SIDE SALAD

  • *IF YOU PUT THE MEAT IN RAW MAKE SURE IT IS 93/7 OR IT CAN MAKE YOUR MEAL GREASY AS IT COOKS

ITEMS NEEDED: 1-2 LBS GROUND BEEF, RAVIOLI, 2 CUPS MOZZARELLA CHEESE, OPT: SALAD

SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SPAGHETTI

  • ADD 4 CHICKEN BREASTS TO THE BAG OR FREEZE THE BAG AS IS

  • ADD THE CONTENTS OF THE BAG ALONG WITH THE MEAT & 1 CUP OF WATER TO THE CROCKPOT

  • COOK ON LOW FOR 6-8 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 4-6 HOURS

  • ONCE COOKED, SHRED THE CHICKEN & ADD 1 CUP SOUR CREAM, 2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEESE, & COOKED ANGEL HAIR PASTA

  • SIDE DISH IDEA: BLACK BEANS

ITEMS NEEDED: 4 CHICKEN BREASTS, 1 CUP SOUR CREAM, 2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE, ANGEL HAIR PASTA, OPT: BLACK BEANS

PEPPER JACK TAQUITOS

  • ADD 4-6 CHICKEN BREASTS TO THE BAG OR FREEZE THE BAG AS IS

  • ADD THE CONTENTS OF THE BAG ALONG WITH THE MEAT, 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE, & ¼ - ½ CUP OF WATER TO THE CROCKPOT

  • COOK ON LOW FOR 6-8 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 4-6 HOURS

  • ONCE COOKED, SHRED CHICKEN & ADD 2 CUPS SHREDDED PEPPER JACK CHEESE. FILL FLOUR OR CORN TORTILLAS WITH MIXTURE, ROLL UP, & PLACE SEAM SIDE DOWN ON A BAKING SHEET. SPRAY TOPS WITH COOKING SPRAY. COOK FOR 15-20 MINUTES (OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN) AT 425 DEGREES.

  • SERVE WITH BLACK BEANS & SPANISH RICE

ITEMS NEEDED: 4-6 CHICKEN BREASTS, PEPPER JACK CHEESE, 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE, TORTILLAS, OPT: BLACK BEANS & SPANISH RICE

WHITE CHICKEN CHILI

  • FREEZE THE BAG AS IS

  • ADD 4-6 CHICKEN BREASTS, THE CONTENTS OF THE BAG, & 4-6 CUPS OF WATER TO THE CROCKPOT

  • COOK ON LOW FOR 8-10 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 4-6 HOURS

  • ONCE COOKED, SHRED CHICKEN

  • SERVE WITH SOUR CREAM AND/OR SHREDDED CHEESE & A SIDE OF CORN BREAD

  • COOK ON LOW FOR 6-8 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 4-6 HOURS

  • ONCE COOKED, SHRED OR CHOP CHICKEN + ADD 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM

  • SERVE OVER RICE OR MASHED POTATOES & GREEN BEANS
