  • ADD 3 LB CHUCK ROAST TO THE BAG OR FREEZE THE BAG AS IS

  • ADD THE CONTENTS OF THE BAG ALONG WITH THE MEAT TO THE CROCKPOT

  • COOK ON LOW FOR 8-10 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 4-6 HOURS

  • ONCE COOKED, SHRED ROAST

  • SIDE DISH IDEA: MASHED POTATOES OR RICE & GREEN BEANS. OR SERVE ON BUNS WITH SWEET POTATO FRIES

ITEMS NEEDED: 3 LB CHUCK ROAST, OPT: POTATOES, RICE, GREEN BEANS

SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS

  • ADD PRE-MADE FROZEN MEATBALLS TO THE BAG OR FREEZE THE BAG AS IS

  • COOK ON LOW FOR 4 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 2 HOURS

  • ADD 30 OZ OF FROZEN HASH BROWNS TO THE CROCKPOT, TOP WITH THE BAG OF INGREDIENTS, 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE, & ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER*

  • COOK ON LOW FOR 8-10 HOUSE OR ON HIGH FOR 4-6 HOURS

  • TOP WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE & SLICED GREEN ONIONS

  • *YOU CAN ADD MORE LIQUID TO MAKE IT SOUPIER

ADD THE CONTENTS OF THE BAG ALONG WITH THE MEAT & 1.5 CUPS OF WATER TO THE CROCKPOT

COOK ON LOW FOR 8-10 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 4-6 HOURS

ONCE COOKED, SHRED ROAST

SERVE IN CORN TORTILLAS TOPPED WITH SHREDDED CHEESE, AVOCADO, SOUR CREAM, AND SALSA

TACO JOES

  • ADD 2-3 LBS GROUND BEEF (RAW* OR COOKED) TO THE

  • BAG OR FREEZE THE BAG AS IS

  • ADD THE CONTENTS OF THE BAG ALONG WITH THE MEAT TO THE CROCKPOT

  • COOK ON LOW FOR 8-10 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 4-6 HOURS

  • IF YOU PUT THE MEAT IN RAW, BREAK IT UP ONCE IT HAS COOKED

  • SERVE IN HOT DOG BUNS TOPPED WITH SHREDDED CHEESE & SOUR CREAM. YOU COULD ALSO MAKE BURRITOS OR NACHOS!
